Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls daily to targeted prospects with the goal of booking qualified appointments
- Present and pitch our data solutions to prospects via video calls, clearly articulating value and handling objections with confidence
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals — while consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targetsFollow a proven sales process and script with discipline, while continuously improving based on coaching and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in our CRM, ensuring follow-ups and opportunities are tracked and advanced systematically
- Master our objection handling tools to give yourself the best opportunity possible to communicate value to property owners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a track record for incredible sales performance that we can validate
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B) and a track record for consistently surpassing revenue targets preferred
- Eager to learn, capable of learning new sales systems, willing to utilize scripts on sales calls, and receptive to coaching
- Experience using CRMs and web-based applications (including but not limited to G-Suite, Aircall, and Front)
- Clear and precise communication on the phone; organized and disciplined off the phone
- Someone who is competitively driven by both individual and team-oriented goals and relentless in working the phone to get deals done
