Accountabilities
- Define and own the marketing-led pipeline strategy and budget.
- Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel with clear goals and metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, BDR, and RevOps to align on targets and reporting.
- Coach and provide strategic guidance to the marketing team.
- Act as a player-coach in driving campaign excellence and team motivation.
- Ensure messaging and campaigns are cohesive across various marketing channels.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- 2+ years managing demand generation teams (Digital, ABM, Field).
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and its optimization.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline metrics and ROI analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with GTM and executive teams.
