REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Experience design across complex digital products
- Conduct UX research and apply insights to design decisions
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma
- Work with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., AG Grid)
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior designers
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Aviation and aerospace skills as a nice to have
