In this critical role, you will facilitate growth through business development and manage key client relationships that are vital to the success of the organization. Your ability to generate significant revenue from sales and syndications will directly impact the success of the company. You will work closely with internal and external partners to structure complex deals and secure credit approvals, while also developing innovative market strategies. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to engage with senior leadership effectively.
Accountabilities
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues using strategic problem-solving.
- Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals to optimize revenue.
- Develop new business by cross-selling bank products and services.
- Review loan applications and ensure compliance with risk management standards.
- Identify key market segments to drive business growth and client expansion.
- Engage with industry forums to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Utilize analysis tools to grow client portfolio and exceed ROE thresholds.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control policies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management or Portfolio Management in banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Deep knowledge of financial products, particularly in agricultural finance.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship building.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and project management.
