Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct overall management of the Evaluation team with KPI’s.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in fragrance-related sciences or a complementary field.
Experience: 7–10+ years of fragrance evaluation experience.
Technology Aptitude/Skills:
Ability to expand and optimize fragrance portfolios.
Fine-tuned olfactory sensory skills.
Creative vision and innovation.
Skilled at managing multiple high-stakes projects.
Effective organizational and planning skills.
Influential and persuasive communication.
Data-driven project management.
