Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Seatti, you'll take the lead in designing and building scalable backend systems that power our dynamic workplace engagement platform. While your primary focus will be on backend development, you'll also contribute to our React-based frontend to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Designing and implementing robust backend services with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Contributing to frontend development where needed, ensuring the backend and frontend integrate smoothly.

• Collaborating with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Driving architecture decisions and continuously improving our engineering processes.

• Conducting code reviews, assuring quality of deliveries and promoting engineering excellence within the team.

• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.

Good question! Generally, we know we’ve found a great match with you if you recognise yourself in most of these points:

• You enjoy working with Typescript, React, GraphQL
• You have industry-level knowledge of HTML5/CSS
• You’ve gained experience working with GraphQL / REST APIs, SQL databases
• You are fit in software design patterns & architecture and clean code practices
• You have an advanced understanding in unit, component & E2E tests (Cypress / Playwright)
• You have solid experience with various types of API integrations
• You have a working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• You can and want to take responsibility & ownership and have a liking for creative problem solving

• Experience with Postgres, Nest.js, Azure, Kubernetes Amplitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams Integrations
• An eye for great UI / UX
