Senior Housekeeper

Title: Senior Housekeeper
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour

Rest Days: Wednesday and Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform meticulous, high-quality cleaning and turnovers for luxury vacation rental properties, adhering to a strict 5-hour turnaround window, especially during peak check-out/check-in periods (primarily Fridays and Sundays).
• Be responsible for cleaning 1-2 properties personally during peak synchronized turnover times.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule for all properties during off-peak days.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens. Report needs and assist with placing orders.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, air filters, unclogging simple drains, and reporting larger maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property audits to check for cleanliness, damage, wear and tear, and missing items.
• Ensure all properties are impeccably presented and guest-ready before check-in.
• Potentially assist with training new cleaning contractors on our specific standards and procedures (depending on experience and business needs).
• Follow and maintain detailed cleaning checklists and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven, extensive professional cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality, vacation rentals, or high-end residential.
• Demonstrated ability to clean efficiently and meticulously within a time constraint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills for minor maintenance issues.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous cleaning tasks for extended periods (bending, lifting, carrying supplies, standing).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, as travel between properties is necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (specifically Fridays and Sundays are essential).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal) and ability to follow written instructions.
• Preferred but not required:  Fluent in Spanish
