We are looking for an experienced Senior Informatics Specialist with 9 plus years of working in the informatics field who has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in leveraging data and information systems to help clients better understand scientific data. This individual must have experience in developing information and data strategies, the ability to analyze data trends, and must be willing to cross-collaborate with both internal and external partners. This senior specialist must have experience in managing personnel including mentoring junior employees, client budgets, internal budgets, and team resources.

Skills and Experience:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing informatics strategies, aligning with organizational goals and vision. 

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Highlight proficiency in using analytical tools to extract insights, create reports, and support decision-making. •  Workflow Design and Strategies:

Showcase experience in designing and implementing workflows, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate with interdisciplinary groups and facilitate communication. 

Communication & Presentation:

Highlight experience in communicating technical information to both technical and non- 

Educational Background and Experience:

•    A BA or BS in life sciences

•    Certification in Distiller

•    9 + years of experience in toxicological data informatics

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $78k - $85k. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
