Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to provide technical support for the Marine Corps Food Management Information System (MCFMIS). This position includes software troubleshooting, system administration, and on-site technical support during fielding or system updates.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Hybrid (Pentagon and Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: 06/01/2025

Position Responsibilities:

· Provide user support for the Marine Corps Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) Point of Sale (POS) system and Hospitality Suite.

· Support software installations, updates, and technical refreshes.

· Assist with patch management, configuration, and system maintenance.

· Coordinate with Information Assurance (IA) stakeholders to ensure Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) compliance.

· Attend site visits and support system upgrades and reimaging as needed.

· Participate in configuration control boards and Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field
• 10 + years of experience in system support and software administration.
• Secret clearance.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Windows environments, JSON, and Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed for site support.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting the Marine Corps or other military software.  
• Master’s Degree in IT or related field.
