They shape how we work every day, our relationships with clients, and the way we collaborate as a team.We are looking for a skilled Senior IT System Engineer to join our IT team and play a crucial role in managing our network, infrastructure, storage, and virtualization. The role will be responsible for monitoring, advising, managing and improving various systems across the company.

• Leads IT projects assigned to him by the manager. 
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, bare metal servers, virtual and physical networks, VPNs, port forwarding, DNS, etc.).
• Perform capacity planning and network upgrades to support business growth.
• Manage storage solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.).
• Administer and troubleshoot Unix based OS, ensuring security and performance.
• Monitor and administer of software systems and network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (configurations, policies, procedures, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Computer networks or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in network administration, system engineering, or IT infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of operating systems, software systems, cloud-based solutions, computer networks and communications, peripheral devices. 
• Experience with computer networking, routing and network protocols
• Experience troubleshooting transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Expertise in Unix based system administration.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of storage solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Skills for designing software and hardware systems.
• Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to conduct training sessions.
