You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing legal support for renewable energy greenfield projects in Latvia, covering WTG/PV supply, EPC, BoP, TCM, FIDIC-based construction contracts, claims management, environmental, and commercial matters
• Drafting and negotiating various project-related agreements
• Preparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation
• Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on relevant legal issues

• Master’s degree in law
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in construction and/or real estate
• Proficiency in English and experience working with international teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e.g., business teams)
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutions
• Experience with FIDIC contracts or willingness to learn
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues and offer pragmatic, operational legal advice
