Senior Manager for ESG Practice

Deloitte, the leading and largest professional services firm in the world, is looking for a Manager for our ESG practice to join our ESG consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in managing teams, and projects and consulting for companies and organizations, who are seeking a new challenge in the ESG field.

Our practice specializes in providing consulting services to leading organizations, helping them integrate environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) issues into their business and operational models. This includes the preparation of strategy and policy plans, management of risk surveys, regulatory preparation, and reporting. The work involves innovative and complex projects in collaboration with top-tier private, public, and governmental companies in Israel and around the world.

What You Will Do:

• Integrate into the general consulting activities of the practice, including managing and executing complex projects. This involves working with clients and multiple interfaces in a global environment, focusing on environmental (including climate), social, governance consulting, compliance to social and environmental regulations worldwide. Responsibilities include managing clients’ needs and expectations, professional knowledge management, project planning, monitoring performance progress, task allocation among team members, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.

• Lead sustainability professional knowledge and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team .

• Become a part of the ESG Practice management team.

• Work full-time in a hybrid model from home and the company's offices in Tel Aviv.

• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution is mandatory. Degrees in relevant fields such as law, management, industrial engineering and management, accounting, and economics – Advantage.

• 4+ years of experience in consulting for organizations, such as strategic consulting or risk management, with a strong familiarity in managing processes and projects. Experience in ESG or similar fields is an advantage.

• Proven experience in managing teams is mandatory.

• Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.

• Conversational Hebrew proficiency is mandatory.

• Expertise in data analysis and management. Is an advantage.

• Experience in content writing is an advantage.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if necessary, as part of the work may involve interaction with clients or international colleagues during their working hours.

• עבודה במשרה מלאה במודל היברידי מהבית וממשרדי החברה בתל אביב.

• תואר ראשון ממוסד אקדמי מוביל - חובה. תארים בתחומים רלוונטיים כגון משפטים, ניהול, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול, חשבונאות וכלכלה – יתרון.

• ניסיון של 4+ שנים בייעוץ לארגונים, כגון ייעוץ אסטרטגי או ניהול סיכונים, עם היכרות חזקה בניהול תהליכים ופרויקטים. ניסיון ב-ESG או בתחומים דומים - יתרון.

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותים - חובה.

• שליטה באנגלית ברמת שפת אם - חובה.

• שליטה בעברית ברמת שיחה - חובה.

• מומחיות בניתוח וניהול נתונים -יתרון.

• ניסיון בכתיבת תוכן - יתרון.

• נכונות לעבודה בשעות גמישות ולעיתים נוספות במידת הצורך, כחלק מהעבודה עשויה לכלול אינטראקציה עם לקוחות או עמיתים בינלאומיים בשעות העבודה שלהם.
