Job Description - Senior Manpower, Personnel & Training Analyst

Position Overview: The Senior Manpower Personnel Training (MPT) Analyst leads or conducts various analyses, including but not limited to job tasks, manpower workload, knowledge and skills assessment, instructional methods and media, learning, and training systems analyses. Designs and develops training products and programs following the Systems Approach to Training methodologies for Program Executive Office Land Systems (PEO LS).

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Stafford/Quantico, VA (Hybrid)

Anticipated Start Date: 09/01/2025

Clearance Required: Active Secret 

Travel Requirements: Approximately 10%

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide comments and recommendations on Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) planning documentation (e.g., Policy, Process, Analysis Reports, Plans, and Manpower Estimate Reports).
  • Review and provide comments and recommendations on Training products (e.g., task lists, lesson plans, handouts, media, test packages, job aids).
  • Support PEO LS Senior MPT Specialist in related IPTs, working groups, and meetings (e.g., Meeting coordination, materials,      and minutes) as requested. 
  • Review and provide comments and recommendations on the program IPT documentation.
  • Conduct targeted MPT analysis or provide MPT support on related program analyses, development, and use of MPT analysis tools, and provide draft reports as requested to support development of MPT planning documentation. 
  • Consolidate PEO MPT Bi-Weekly reports, build briefing materials, and support the execution of PEO LS MPT-related meetings and activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Preferred Requirements/Education: 

  • Minimum Education:Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Experience: 15 years of relevant experience.
