Job Description - Senior Platform Engineer

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator (with deep Omni-Channel and Call Center integration experience).

About the Project

Our client is a U.S.-based organization (Austin, TX) that operates on a shifted schedule (until 8-9 PM Kyiv time). The project focuses on optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud with advanced AI and telephony integrations.

Preferred candidates: from Ukraine or Colombia.

The Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced Salesforce professional who thrives in complex environments with large data volumes (1M+ records) and hundreds of active users. You combine strong administrative and declarative configuration skills with a forward-looking approach to Einstein AI tools and Agentforce technologies.

Must-have experience:

  • Omni-Channel configuration (routing, assignment rules, macros)
  • Call Center integrations, including telephony, IVRs, reporting, and automations
  • Live Chat setup, Email-to-Case, and Knowledge base integration with Cases
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and limits
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, flows, formula fields, and validation rules
  • Einstein AI tools (Service Analytics, Service Intelligence, chatbots, case classification)
  • Agentforce (Prompt Engineering, RAG Implementation, Agent Studio/Builder proficiency)
  • Data Management and SOQL for scalable and efficient database operations
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications:
    • Advanced Administrator
    • Platform Developer I
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    • Agentforce Specialist
    • (Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus)

What You Will Do

  • Configure and manage Omni-Channel and Service Cloud environments
  • Integrate and maintain Call Center, Email-to-Case, and Live Chat functionalities
  • Develop automations and improve case responsiveness across channels
  • Build and maintain Einstein AI-powered solutions and chatbots
  • Manage data modeling, SOQL queries, and reporting structures
  • Participate in release management, documentation, and org health monitoring
  • Collaborate with product owners, admins, and business analysts
  • Stay updated with Salesforce and AI trends to continuously improve service processes
