Senior Project Lead / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Quantum Computing Start-Up

In this role, you will be responsible ensuring highest project standards across all client-related projects at Kipu Quantum. While project initiation is driven by our Sales team and project execution is driven by our Customer team, your focus will be coordinating priorities and resources, fostering strong relationships, ensuring proper stakeholder management and maximum stakeholder satisfaction. This position is ideal for senior professionals who gained previous experience in a high-tech start-up or in management consulting.

• Oversee the entire execution of multiple high-stakes projects of varying complexity, ensuring the highest quality standards
• Safeguarding milestones, deliverables, and expectations are met and aligned with our strategic objectives and mission 
• Ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals, while developing and nurturing long-term relationships and maximizing stakeholder satisfaction
• Navigate complex project structures and resolve technical, organizational, or logistical challenges, support resource allocation, risk assessments, and project timelines
• Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for customer success and delivery excellence, also in new businesses
• Support multidisciplinary team members by coaching, developing and improving the team’s individual and collective performance in project planning and execution. Provide hands-on support in critical project phases 

• Completed studies in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualifications
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, project delivery, or strategic account management, ideally in a high-tech start-up, scientific industry or management consulting
• Solid professional experience in a senior or leadership role with strong project management expertise, including familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
• Understanding of quantum computing principles, applications, and ecosystem trends would be an advantage
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels
• True startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient. As we are a young venture, we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business
• Excellent command of English is necessary, and German is a big plus
