Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

What you’ll do

• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies 
• Suggesting improvements to increase quality and user experience 
• Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility 
• Creating test plans and test automatization 
• Execute all levels of testing 
• Design and develop automation scripts 
• Being clear and concise, communication skills are highly valued because you have to collaborate with other team members  
• Driving and improving quality processes 
• Knowledge sharing and keeping up to date with existing and upcoming technologies 
• Providing support and documentation 
• Working with the development team and product owner to deliver high value for the customer
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role (min. 5 years of experience)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and track software defects and inconsistencies effectively
• Ability to analyse user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive test plans and test automation
