We are looking for a Senior QA professional to lead quality assurance across our fintech mobile applications. This is a key role in ensuring a high-performing, reliable, and secure user experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in QA leadership, with deep experience in both manual and automated testing within financial or high-compliance environments. You will help shape QA strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every stage of the development process. Responsibilities
- Define and lead QA strategy and best practices across web and mobile products
- Design and maintain robust test plans and test cases for new features and regression coverage
- Lead execution of manual and automated testing across platforms and releases
- Own defect lifecycle management, from discovery to resolution, using tools such as Jira
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is built into every release
- Support testing of critical fintech features including wallet integration, payments, KYC, and Solana blockchain-based transactions
- Validate release builds and hotfixes, including edge cases and production scenarios
- Monitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics
- Mentor and support junior QA testers or external contributors
- Lead post-release reviews and recommend improvements for future cycles
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech, blockchain, or regulated environment
- Deep understanding of testing practices across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency with QA and dev tools: Jira, Postman, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, etc.
- Experience with or exposure to automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail, especially in customer-facing financial products
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain or DeFi apps (Solana preferred)
- Experience testing analytics integrations (e.g. Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with compliance and security testing standards
