Job Summary:

We seek a Senior Salesforce Architect specializing in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Billing, and B2B Commerce Cloud to architect end-to-end solutions enabling subscription item sales via headless way from mobile app. 
This role leads the design, implementation, and optimization of QTC processes, ensuring seamless integration for commerce-driven subscriptions.Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions using Revenue Cloud Advanced features like Subscriptions, Billing, product catalogs, pricing, subscriptions, and advanced approvals.


• Integrate Revenue Cloud with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud via Headless to enable self-service subscription sales on customer mobile apps.


• Lead requirement gathering workshops, translate business needs into technical designs, and create documentation including data models, process flows, and integration specs.


• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on configurations, customizations (Apex, LWC), data migration, and ERP/third-party integrations. We also need him to dirty his hands with development work as needed.


• Troubleshoot complex issues in subscription/billing logic and revenue recognition, and ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in Salesforce implementations, with 3+ years as an Architect focused on Revenue Cloud Subscriptions and Billing.


• Proven expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), including subscriptions, pricing waterfalls, Headless RevCommerce and usage-based billing

Preferred Skills: Hands-on with LWC, Apex, SOQL, and headless commerce for subscription portals. Familiarity with e-commerce needs like multi-tenant optimization and logistics integration aligns well.
