Senior Strategy Consultant (f/m/d)

You have 5+ years of consulting experience in digital strategy and/or product management, and you're comfortable navigating complex stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives. • You help our clients define and implement holistic digital strategies and product ecosystems, always aligned with their broader business goals.

• As a trusted point of contact for our clients, you work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including experts from product management, design, and tech, to craft future-ready product concepts grounded in strategic insight.

• You lead and facilitate workshops – such as developing target pictures and customer journey maps – with cross-functional client teams, transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable direction.

• Throughout the engagement, you keep strategic goals in focus — connecting the dots between insights, execution, and impact.

• You mentor junior colleagues, strengthen our strategic practice, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver outstanding results.

• As a project lead, you actively shape and evolve client relationships, introducing new ideas and approaches based on data, trends, and emerging technologies.

• By doing so, you contribute to the continuous development of our service portfolio and the growth of our client partnerships.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digital strategy and product management.

• Strong understanding of digital products, software ecosystems, and the occasional need for organizational or process consulting.

• A track record of leading projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments, including C-level.

• Outstanding communication skills that create clarity and inspire confidence.

• A proactive mindset — comfortable exploring the unknown and driving new service offerings.

• Curiosity about how AI and data can inform better strategy, coupled with a mindful and ethical approach.

• Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not a requirement).

• A collaborative spirit — you believe great outcomes come from strong teams.

• A sharp sense for client needs and the ability to adapt our consulting approach accordingly.
