Set things in motion.

• Development and introduction of new standards / processes to optimise the complaints process


• Conception and realisation of short and medium-term supplier development and ensuring the production supply with OK goods


• Independent coordination, communication and escalation of complaints


• Technical support for field actions


• Carrying out process audits at the supplier and deriving measures for performance development


• Moderation of error analyses (8D)


• Management of cross-departmental supplier development project

Use your skills.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (optionally technician training with relevant professional experience)


• Professional experience requirement: 5 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive)


• Expertise: QM auditor


• Specialised / methodical knowledge: QM tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, FMEA


• Expertise in product group-specific manufacturing processes in the field of electrics/electronics and/or hydraulics and/or plastics


• Language: Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an plus
