Set things in motion.

• Monitoring supplier performance (key KPIs)


• Creation and further development of a scorecard (SC)


• Continuous evaluation of the supplier pool on the basis of the SC and derivation of measures according to PDCA


• Development of strategies for single and dual sourcing and supply assurance


• Implementation of concept workshops outside of new development projects


• Market research on new, potential production technologies as well as competition monitoring and market data analysis


• Implementation of the audit plan (system audit) in coordination with Purchasing

Use your skills.

• Technical studies


• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive)


• Quality methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma and in-depth knowledge of lean production (e.g. value stream mapping))


• Knowledge of supplier system analysis (e.g. VDA 6.1, ISO 9001)


• Specialist knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to product groups


• Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus


• High willingness to travel (national / international)
