Who we're looking for
The Senior Technical Consultant: Digital Workplace is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions across complex, enterprise-scale projects. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), the Senior Consultant provides technical leadership, shapes solution architecture, and ensures the successful delivery of projects to high quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with Technical Architects, and tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements within agreed budgets and timelines.
This position demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, the ability to resolve complex issues, and the communication skills to present solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
