Senior Voice Engineer

We are currently searching for a Senior Voice Engineer :

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of voice systems during mergers & acquisitions (M&A), including cutover planning to minimize downtime.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Phone System (Direct Routing, SBCs) and ensure compliance with organizational dialing standards.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco VoIP systems (CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking).
• Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to align voice systems with broader infrastructure.
• Provide end-user training and vendor liaison support post-integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of voice engineering experience with Microsoft Teams and Genesys Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco VoIP (CUCM, SIP trunking) and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing/SBCs.
• Proven experience in large-scale M&A voice integrations and hybrid cloud telephony solutions.
• Strong knowledge of networking (QoS, VLANs, SIP protocols) and regulatory compliance (e.g., E911).
• Certifications: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Expert (required).
• Proficiency in third-party call analytics/monitoring tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Desired 

• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager upgrades/migrations.
• Familiarity with change management and conflict resolution in M&A environments.
• Leadership skills in managing teams during infrastructure transitions.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
