SEO Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, autonomous SEO Analyst to join a leading digital growth agency in a non-client-facing, execution- and strategy-focused capacity.

In this 100% remote role, you will apply your solid foundation in SEO to independently produce comprehensive audits, build out SEO/GEO strategies, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. We are looking for a mid-level professional who has moved past the basics and is ready to take ownership of complex SEO workflows while leveraging modern AI tools to work smarter and faster.

What You Will Do

  SEO Auditing: Conduct comprehensive technical and content audits using Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA), and standard industry tools to identify areas for improvement.

  Strategy Development: Develop actionable SEO and GEO strategies to enhance clients' online presence, thinking creatively about short- and long-term approaches based on target audiences and existing data.

  Content Planning: Develop content strategies and monthly content plans, including deep-dive keyword research and hub/spoke topic creation.

  
  


• 
  

  On-Page Execution: Execute ongoing, hands-on SEO work, including selecting pages for optimization, writing metadata, and structuring internal linking.

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting: Create detailed monthly analytics reports and strategic documents that clearly communicate your SEO strategies and results to internal stakeholders.

  AI Integration: Actively leverage AI tools and workflows (including hands-on use of tools like Claude Code) throughout the SEO process to improve execution speed and output quality.

  
  

What We Are Looking For

  Language: Advanced English (Strictly required for reporting, strategy documentation, and internal communication).

  Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience executing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical SEO Stack: Strong proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

  
  


• 
  

  CMS Proficiency: Hands-on expertise navigating and optimizing within major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the proven ability to draw insights from data, perform in-depth keyword research, and explain complex concepts in simple terms.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced AI Fluency: Genuine proficiency with AI-assisted workflows. We are looking for someone who goes beyond basic ChatGPT prompting and has hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code to accelerate their SEO work.

  Prior experience working with B2B clients and complex B2B sales cycles.
