Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the unique goals of each client.
- Manage comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website structures, metadata, and content to drive performance.
- Identify long-term growth opportunities and establish clear SEO roadmaps.
- Conduct regular site audits and resolve underlying technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of technical recommendations.
- Improve site speed, indexing, and overall crawlability.
- Manage schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
- Provide detailed SEO briefs to guide copywriters in creating high-performing content.
- Optimize landing pages and blog posts for both users and search engines.
- Ensure all client websites adhere to the latest SEO best practices.
- Oversee ethical link-building strategies to build domain authority.
- Monitor backlink profiles to ensure health and quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to white-hat SEO practices.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations based on data.
- Communicate results and complex SEO strategies to clients in simple, professional terms.
- Manage client expectations and participate in regular calls.
Qualifications (Must-haves)
- Proven agency experience: Demonstrated success in an SEO role within a marketing agency environment.
- Sector Expertise: Experience specifically within the healthcare or aesthetics industries.
- Local SEO: Strong expertise in managing and optimizing for local search.
- Multi-Account Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Toolbox: Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an analytical mindset.
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
