Job Description - SEO Off-Page Manager

Odds Scanner is looking for a SEO Off-Page Manager to join our remote full-time team focused on the sports betting industry.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow in a lively environment where you will be involved in a lot of different projects and campaigns, this is the right place for you. The regulated sports betting market is one of the fastest-growing industries, and we want you to help us find our footing in this challenging but exciting endeavor.

In this role, you will be doing a lot of experiments and testing different strategies and executions. Not all of them will be successful, but we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, is comfortable with the unknown and has an ability to execute on our short, medium and long-term goals.

Develop and implement off-page initiatives for projects in several markets;
Own strategic decisions being aware of risk profiles and project needs (e.g. budget, link velocity, anchor text distribution, publisher relevancy, digital PR targets);
Experiment and reverse engineer off-page tactics which are working in competitive industries (e.g. niche edits, PBNs, tiered links, relevant 301s, viral boosts);
Oversee and provide operational support to off-page team members;
Conduct audits to identify low-quality links and provide disavow recommendations;
Execute competitive analysis to identify potential unexplored opportunities;
Provide support in off-page hiring and training initiatives;
Collaborate with other teams when necessary to execute any initiative relevant to organic search performance.

At least 5 years of SEO experience, preferably off-page focused;
Familiar with G Suite (docs, sheets);
Excellent organizational capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver tasks on time;
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus;
Someone who has working proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus);
Past sports betting/iGaming work background preferred;
Ability to work efficiently while being fully remote.
