Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist to manage their website, add content to it, and grow their visibility on search engines and online

Role details

• Location: Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria (Remote)


• Employment Type: Part time

What you will do

• Carry out keyword research for care services and care recruitment search terms.


• Improve on-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content structure.

  Find and fix technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile experience, broken links, crawling, and indexing.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and build quality backlinks to strengthen the website's authority.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the Lifecome website: update pages, fix issues, and keep it running well.

  
  


• 
  

  Write or source content and add it to the website, including blog posts and service pages, written to rank and to help the reader.

  
  


• 
  

  Support social media and other digital marketing to bring in care clients and care workers.

  
  


• 
  

  Track rankings, traffic, and enquiries or applications from search, and send a clear monthly report.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep up with Google updates and adjust the SEO strategy when needed.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  

  2 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Proof of work done and success achieved, such as ranking improvements, traffic growth, or results delivered for an employer or client. Links, screenshots, or case studies are welcome.

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and a keyword or audit tool.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing a website on WordPress or a similar platform, and adding content to it.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic social media and digital marketing skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong written communication and the ability to explain results in plain language.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and report regularly in a remote setting.

  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with healthcare, care, or recruitment websites.


• Experience optimising for UK search results (local SEO).
