Job Description - Service Engineer, CHAMPS (Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs)

Phillips is looking for a CHAMP-ion to facilitate the installation and preventative maintenance of the full Haas machine tool product line. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting Haas Machines to ensure that they're operating at peak efficiency, recommending corrective actions, and performing Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs (CHAMP) to ensure peak operational efficiency. You will act as a vital link between the customer and the factory, coordinating with support teams to expedite repairs while providing critical feedback to improve service procedures.

To be successful in this role you will be 100% devoted to the "Phillips Way," where mediocrity is rejected and failure is not an option. You will drive the financial and operational success of the world’s best Haas service department by maintaining a lightning-fast 24-hour response time and treating every machine as if it were your own. Through continuous learning and a contagious positive attitude, you will build unbreakable customer relationships, ensuring every partner operates at peak performance while you evolve into the finest technician in the industry.
