Service Technician

Are you a skilled Service Technician with a valid CFC card and Nate certification? Do you like to work hands-on but do not want to make sales? We have the right job for you. 

Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning has been in business for more than 35 years, specializing in heating and air conditioning, from the designing in new construction to installation and repairs. Our business is constantly growing, and we are looking for someone with field experience to fill our Service Technician position within the Northern Virginia and Maryland area in our Warranty New Construction division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods


• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness per manufacturer


• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources


• Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations


• Clean work area, machines, tools and supplies
  


• Perform other related duties as assigned


• You do not sell any equipment or have to worry about sales quotas!

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills


• Strong ability to remain organized and meet deadlines


• Must be able to work well with other technicians and tradesman
  

Required Education and Experience

• 2-3 yrs. of experience in HVAC


• Ability to work an on-call rotation that includes evenings (up to 9 pm) and weekends


• Valid driving license


• Good driving record

Preferred Education and Experience

• CFC Card preferred
