Job Description - ServiceNow QA

Position: ServiceNow QA

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Day-to-Day Job Duties:

Meet with the client to gather requirements, provide recommendations and report status

Analyze requirements to identify recommended test plans

Meet with the developers to gather relevant information for creating test plans, test data, etc.

Develop test plans

Develop test data

Execute tests

Provide test results to the developers

Re-test as necessary

Basic Qualifications follow:

Must have a minimum of 5 years total ServiceNow experience.

Must have at least 4 years' experience testing ServiceNow

Must have at least 2 years of light ServiceNow development experience

Scrum – Experience with the Scrum process of at least 2 years

Excellent problem solving skills

ITIL – General knowledge is nice to have

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
