Responsibilities

• Install shower and bath systems according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service in homeowners’ homes
• Communicate any job-related needs, issues, or updates to the AWS team

Qualifications

• Experience installing shower and bath systems
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Mid-size or larger work van, box truck, or truck-and-trailer combination
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Valid CT Home Improvement Contractor License
• Proper liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
