You Will:

• Lead the full cycle: acquisition, rehab, marketing, and disposition.


• Approve budgets and draws with precision.


• Run large contractor/vendor networks efficiently.


• Deliver bi-weekly investor portfolio updates (calls + reports).


• Ensure projects close on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Must-Haves:

• 50+ SFR / 2–4 plex rehab/disposition projects at scale.


• Majority of projects managed remotely.


• Investor-facing experience (capital investors, not tenants or lenders).


• Deep rehab/remodel management (not new construction).


• Verifiable team/company employment in addition to any self-employment.

Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE + bonus potential
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
