The Site Lead role for the Health Vertical in Costa Rica serves as a partner and liaison to the broader Health BU. This role is responsible for employee & operations support, employee events & engagement, vendor management, and other strategic initiatives. The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of the operation and projects by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and creating a safe space for engagement and collaboration.
