• Leads interdisciplinary teams, manages contractors, coordinates project scope, and ensures contract realization within HSEQ, time, and budget constraints
• Managed by guidelines, enforces standardized methods, schedules inspections, and addresses non-conformities, deviations, and claims
• Acts as a key contact for contractors, collaborates with project teams, liaises with EPC teams, and reports to senior management
• Implements lessons learned, progresses change requests, plans testing procedures, and ensures successful project completion and client satisfaction
• Ensures HSEQ systems are implemented, hazards are mitigated, and compliance is maintained, including waste management and audit follow-ups
• First project will be in Greece

• Degree in engineering or construction, or relevant industry experience; several years in industrial plant construction. Experience working on Biogas projects would be beneficial. Must be able to work with technical documentation
• Site Management, Contract management, HSE orientation, SCC certification as an advantage, and Microsoft suite proficiency
• Strong leadership, motivational, and negotiation skills; ability to present and evaluate ideas
• Solution-oriented, good forward planner, and effective decision-maker
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
