Your fluency in Slovak will be vital as you assist clients with their inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may face while using Booking.com services. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about travel and eager to help others make the most of their journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in managing their bookings and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Offer advice on travel-related issues and provide information on various destinations
• Document interactions with clients accurately within our systems
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the service quality and customer experience
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to refine your skills and product knowledge
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of Booking.com

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude
• Ability to problem-solve and respond to client inquiries effectively
• Passion for travel and helping customers with their needs
• No prior experience necessary; excellent training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new experiences
