About the Role

In this position, you will be working in a dynamic environment where your linguistic skills will be utilized to support our Slovak-speaking clients across various sectors. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and quality of service.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and best practices to provide informed advice and assistance.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation support provided.
