About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing pediatric neurotechnology company building AI-personalized neurofeedback solutions for children navigating ADHD, autism, and self-regulation challenges.

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence and execute our core marketing strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex neuroscience and accessible, empathetic content for parents, caregivers, and clinicians across our social channels.

Responsibilities

  Video Production & Editing: Create and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Premiere.

  Science Translation: Translate complex topics around neuroscience, EEG, neurofeedback, ADHD, autism, and parenting into easy-to-understand, digestible social content.

  Content Repurposing: Turn longer-form assets—such as articles, interviews, founder stories, and research papers—into captivating multi-platform social posts and short videos.

  
  


• 
  

  Account & Community Management: Schedule, publish, and manage posts across all social media accounts while actively engaging with comments and relevant online communities.

  Strategy & Trend Monitoring: Execute against our established content strategy while keeping an eye on social media trends to spot timely content opportunities.

  Brand Consistency: Maintain a clear, empathetic, and unified brand voice, message, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  Performance Tracking: Monitor basic engagement metrics and analytics to continuously refine what content resonates best with our audience.

  
  

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• 
  

  Short-Form Video Expertise: Strong grasp of story structure, visual pacing, and hooks tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  
  


• 
  

  Creative Autonomy: Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and producing quality content without needing micro-guidance for every post.

  
  


• 
  

  Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and social management platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex health or technical information.

  Background or strong interest in neuroscience, mental health, healthcare, parenting, ADHD/autism advocacy, or science communication.
