As we continue to grow, we're looking for our first Social Media Content Strategist to establish our social media presence, grow our audience, and tell the Augex story across multiple digital platforms. The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the entire social media strategy—from planning and content creation to publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with our marketing leadership, founders, product, and engineering teams to create compelling content that attracts two key audiences:

• Businesses looking to deploy AI agents


• Experts interested in publishing and monetizing their AI agents

This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to build the social media function from the ground up while helping define the voice of one of the fastest-growing AI startups.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Augex's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.


• Own the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.


• Create engaging written, visual, and short-form video content.


• Write compelling copy aligned with the Augex brand voice.


• Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Descript.


• Support executive thought leadership by creating content for company leadership.


• Build and engage online communities through comments, direct messages, and discussions.


• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.


• Track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for growth.


• Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to promote launches, features, and company initiatives.


• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, editing, video production, and reporting.


• Help document scalable content workflows and best practices for the growing marketing team.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


• 3–6 years of professional social media marketing experience


• Experience managing social media for a technology company, startup, SaaS organization, or agency


• Proven success developing and growing social media channels


• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills


• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging social platforms


• Experience creating and editing short-form video content


• Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns


• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Descript, or similar platforms


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Marketing AI, SaaS, B2B, or technology products


• Supporting founders, executives, or thought leadership brands


• Marketing to technical audiences, startups, or entrepreneurs


• Building creator communities or marketplace platforms


• Workflow automation or AI agent technologies


• Growing a personal or company social media following
