Join our team and contribute to building one of the core components of the Telecom network. 

This role offers the flexibility to be based either in Riga, Latvia, or fully remote (+/- 3 hours GMT).
Start date for the role - middle of February.

• Code with Impact: Craft efficient and clean Go code, ensuring it aligns with API specifications and delivers exceptional performance

• Document Solutions: Translate complex business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Participate in critical implementation decisions alongside Product Owners and stakeholders
• On-Call Excellence: Be ready to step up with on-call duty for one week every month, ensuring operational excellence

• Expert in Go Development: You have a deep understanding of Go, with proven experience in writing efficient, maintainable code and optimizing performance through profiling and monitoring
• API and Event-Driven Systems Specialist: You bring expertise in designing and implementing APIs using OpenAPI and protobuf specifications and have hands-on experience handling high-scale event-driven systems
• Kubernetes Proficiency: Your experience with Kubernetes enables you to prepare, deploy, and manage scalable, containerized solutions
• Flexible and Adaptive: You approach challenges with an agile mindset, adapting quickly to new requirements and collaborating effectively in dynamic environments
• Version Control Savvy: You are confident working with Git, ensuring seamless code management and collaboration across teams
• Linux Knowledge: You have solid experience working in Linux environments, leveraging its capabilities for development and deployment
• Clear Communicator: Your English proficiency (B2/C1 level) ensures effective collaboration in a global, diverse team
