Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
tools to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes.
2. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through
various channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects,
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. **Sales Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of
qualified leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
5. Data Analysis: Analyse data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of
lead generation efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of business development
strategies, including marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably with HubSpot expertise.
- Proven experience in Telesales.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM.
