About the Role

Do you have experience in commercial property management or trust accounting and a passion for technology?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our Rex Cirrus8 team!

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your property industry knowledge with technology, helping commercial property professionals navigate our software, solve problems and get the most out of the Cirrus8 platform.

Whether you're currently working in commercial property management, trust accounting or supporting property management software, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our Customer Support team, you'll work closely with commercial property managers, trust accountants and other property professionals, providing practical solutions to their day-to-day challenges.

You'll also have the opportunity to embrace AI and automation, contribute ideas for improving our support processes and help shape how we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide friendly, professional and solutions-focused support to customers via phone, email and chat.


• Assist commercial property managers and trust accountants with questions relating to the Cirrus8 platform.


• Troubleshoot software issues relating to commercial property management, lease administration, trust accounting and financial processes.


• Help customers navigate workflows including rent reviews, tenant invoicing, reconciliations, outgoings and reporting.


• Investigate customer enquiries, identify root causes and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues.


• Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication throughout.


• Use AI tools and automation to streamline support processes and improve the customer experience.


• Identify common customer challenges and contribute to improvements in our software, processes and training resources.


• Develop and maintain helpful knowledge base articles and customer support documentation.
  
  

About You

We're looking for someone who understands the commercial property industry, enjoys solving problems and has a genuine interest in technology.

You might currently be working as a Commercial Property Manager, Trust Accountant, Property Administrator or in a property software support role and be looking for an exciting new direction in your career.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in commercial property management, trust accounting or supporting property management software.


• An understanding of commercial property processes such as lease administration, rent reviews, outgoings, reconciliations or financial reporting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.


• Confident communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly to customers.


• A customer-focused approach and genuine enjoyment of helping others.


• Confidence using technology and learning new software systems.


• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, or a genuine interest in developing these skills.


• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

It would be a bonus if you have:

• Previous experience using Cirrus8 or similar commercial property management software.


• Experience in a software support, SaaS or technical customer service environment.


• Knowledge of trust accounting compliance, general ledger processes and GST.


• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms or support automation tools.
