What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals who are passionate about clean energy and have a proven track record in sales.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home sales
- Experience in solar sales is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
- Reliable transportation
- Leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach
Your Role:
As a Solar Sales Representative & Closer at Champs Pro Services, you will:
- Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners with a focus on single-family residences
- Conduct in-home presentations and close sales
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths
- Work towards closing 5-10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15-25% from qualified leads
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and expand your customer base
- Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track your progress
