Accountabilities
- Engage with customers early in the buying process to establish trust and verify needs.
- Define the value impact of solutions in terms of business outcomes and customer KPIs.
- Translate customer needs into compelling solution-based proposals through collaboration.
- Develop cross-company solutions from various brands.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
- Cultivate relationships with key business functions for agile resolution of issues.
- Manage performance using SFDC, account plans, and strategic selling tools.
- Identify and exploit sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a professional sales role.
- Experience in communications and networking projects.
- History of working in medium to large international organizations.
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing.
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals and value selling processes.
- Experience in large account and end-user solution selling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel management.
