About our client

You will be working for our client, a fintech infrastructure startup that is building a programmable orchestration and validation layer for fund flows focused on making payments and treasury infrastructure reliable and easy to configure. They decompose fund flows, validate them against the real constraints of banks, PSPs, and FX providers, and turn what used to be manual integration work into something programmable and executable.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Own customer onboarding and integration delivery end to end, from signed deal to live production integration


• Translate each customer's real-world fund flows into validated, executable configurations on the platform


• Get hands-on with provider integrations, diagnosing issues and validating behaviour against real provider APIs


• Act as the technical point of contact for customers during implementation, setting expectations and keeping delivery on track


• Work closely with engineering to surface recurring implementation problems and feed customer needs back into the product


• Build the implementation playbook: document repeatable patterns and reduce time to get each new customer live


• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly, owning the problem until the customer is unblocked

Skills you have

• Strong technical foundation: comfortable reading and writing code, working with REST APIs, and reasoning about systems and data end to end


• Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, integration delivery, technical onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role


• Comfort with payment, banking, or other complex infrastructure APIs, and patience for provider-specific constraints


• Excellent communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences


• Strong ownership instincts, treating customer success as your own responsibility


• Comfort with ambiguity and a build-it-as-you-go mindset
