Sourcing Manager

Sizanid Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize our talent sourcing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing techniques, managing a team of sourcing specialists, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for various roles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, databases, social media platforms, and AI technologies to identify potential candidates.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging sourcing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
