Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for AI & Technology Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a leading AI & Technology Company, based in Greece. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Spanish, helping them with inquiries related to AI products and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding AI solutions, technology products, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Assist customers with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience with the technology.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and product updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and AI technologies is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
