In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning strategy. This includes developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models to drive business growth and enhance decision-making processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to solve complex problems and have the opportunity to mentor junior team members. Your expertise in AI/ML will be essential in shaping new analytics methodologies and practices that have a profound impact on the organization.
Accountabilities
- Lead development and execution of AI/ML strategy.
- Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models using Python.
- Utilize expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) for innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems.
- Work with data engineering teams to design data pipelines.
- Prepare and complete predictive analytics analysis and modeling.
- Participate in developing predictive analytics presentations.
- Contribute to projects yielding actionable business insights.
- Identify data anomalies and make necessary adjustments.
- Document and communicate results to internal customers.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with R and other programming languages.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with big data platforms like Databricks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Teamwork experience in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
- Commitment to model testing and continuous improvement.
- Experience with MLflow for model management and deployment.
