In this role, you will play a vital part in financial planning and analysis for the organization. You'll be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, developing complex financial models, and leading quarterly finance reviews. Your insights will help drive strategic decision-making and enhance program performance through effective data analysis. Accountabilities
- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and liquidity planning for the organization.
- Develop, manage, and maintain complex financial models for various business initiatives.
- Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build tooling and models to collect, analyze, and validate data to monitor trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, or in private equity.
- Crypto experience is strongly preferred.
- Extremely strong analytical skills and detail-oriented working style.
- Proactive, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required.
