Accountabilities
- Provide strategic leadership for IT mergers and acquisitions processes.

- Manage Day 1 and subsequent integration milestones.
- Act as a liaison between acquired teams and internal IT.
- Establish integration governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and remediate operational gaps post-acquisition.
- Coordinate integration efforts across various IT functions.
- Lead planning for IT separations in divestitures.
- Oversee budgeting and cost tracking for M&A initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles with a focus on M&A.

- Proven ability to manage multi-phase integration timelines.
