In this role, you will actively manage and enhance client performance in paid search campaigns. Accountabilities
- Hands-on execution of building and optimizing paid search campaigns
- Strategy formulation, analysis, and performance reporting
- Leadership and collaboration on internal initiatives
- Managing the day-to-day workflow for a team of paid search specialists
- Actively optimizing campaigns and aligning them with strategic goals
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of campaign builds and reports
- Driving testing initiatives and documenting insights to apply them in campaigns
- Serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and client-facing teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with strong paid search expertise
- Experience with in-platform decision-making and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance data
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience evaluating performance using KPIs such as ROI and conversions
